By using nextstepnext.com you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What this site is
Nextstepnext publishes writing, tools, and a weekly letter about building an audience and doing the work. It is information and education.
It is not legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of any particular result. What you do with the ideas here is your call, and the outcome is yours too.
What I own
The writing, images, and materials on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise.
You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote a reasonable amount with credit. Please do not republish whole pieces as your own or resell the material.
What you own
Anything you send me, whether that is a reply, a comment, or a note through the contact form, stays yours.
By sending it, you give me permission to reference it, sometimes anonymously, when it would help other readers. If you would rather I did not, say so and I will not.
The letters
The free letter is free. You can leave at any time using the link at the bottom of any issue.
Paid letters are billed monthly, cancel any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Links to other places
This site links out to other sites and tools. I do not control those and I am not responsible for what happens on them.
Fair use of the site
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape wholesale, or gain unauthorized access to the site. Ordinary reading and sharing is exactly what it is for.
No warranty, and limits
The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I cannot promise it will be perfect or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the information on it.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top tells you when they last did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States.
