It’s been a while since you heard from me.
Here’s the honest reason.
In December 1st 2023, I had a stroke.
It took my speech. My writing. My typing. Even my passwords.
Imagine losing the words you built your life on.
I decided to sunset the PirateBroadcast, 600+ livestream interviews, a community I loved. That hurt more than the stroke. I got away from social media.
But if you know my story, you know this wasn’t my first fall.
In 1987, I fell three stories from a billboard and spent two years rebuilding my body.
This time I spent two years rebuilding my words.
They’re back. And so am I.
Here’s what I learned in the quiet: the only way out is through. Not around. Not over. Through.
So here’s my promise to you.
